Decade-long review to look into the preservation of subantarctic islands

Touted as a 'once-in-a-decade opportunity', Australia is conducting a ten-year review into the preservation of some our least known but most pristine islands. The move has been welcomed by marine scientists but they say, under the current plan, the areas of highest ecological value won't be adequately protected.
