Defence contractors and a Commonwealth employee charged with defrauding Defence Department

Three people accused of defrauding the Department of Defence in a $71-million contract scheme have been granted bail in Darwin. It's alleged a Commonwealth employee exploited their position to influence the allocation of contracts to a Top End building company.
