Diesel standards to be lowered as petrol stations across Australia hit by fuel shortages

Fuel that is more flammable will now be blended into Australian supplies. It is the latest government measure to try and manage growing shortages. Close to one in eight petrol stations in New South Wales, and one in ten in Victoria, have now run out of at least one type of fuel.
