Disability advocates raise concerns as Federal Government unveils 'Thriving Kids' initiative

The Federal Government has released the model for its "Thriving Kids" initiative. The program supports children with mild to moderate developmental delay or autism offering resources and skills to parents and services without a formal diagnosis. However, advocates are concerned about the logistics and strain it will add on parents and the education system.
