Dozens of asylum seekers released from immigration detention following High Court ruling

Immigration Minister Andrew Giles has confirmed eighty asylum seekers being held indefinitely have already been released following last week's High Court ruling that found their detention was unlawful. Most of those detained were held on character grounds, prompting questions about the risk to the Australian public.
