Erin Patterson's ex-husband accused her of mushroom poisoning, court hears

Accused triple-murderer Erin Patterson has revealed estranged partner Simon accused her of poisoning his parents after the deadly mushroom lunch. Giving evidence in the Victorian Supreme Court, she said she panicked when told death cap poisoning was the suspected cause of their illness, fearing her children would be taken from her. Patterson maintains the deaths were a terrible accident.
