Final report into Defence and Veteran Suicide recommends new support body

The final report of the Royal Commission into Defence and Veteran Suicide has been handed down recommending a new support body. 122 recommendations have been made with the chair of the Royal Commission, calling out 'failure of leadership' within the Australian Defence Force.
