Flood crisis expected to hit upcoming budget

Australians are being warned to brace for more cost of living pressure in the wake of the floods, the devastation also likely to have significant budget implications. With just eight days until the release of the budget document, the health department is also investigating claims doctors are rorting the Medicare system.
