Football Australia to sign new Socceroos coach

Football Australia has begun a search for a new Socceroos coach after Graham Arnold stepped down from the job amid concern about recent poor performances. Arnold steered the Socceroos to their equal best World Cup finish in 2022, but a disastrous start to the final qualifying round for the 2026 tournament has proved the last straw.
