Former England captain Kevin Keegan dies aged 75

Tributes are flowing for Kevin Keegan, who has died aged 75. The former England captain and manager revealed in January that he was undergoing cancer treatment. The English football icon has been hailed one of the most influential sporting figures of his generation. Although most of his success was in Europe, he also played twice in Australia.
