Fugitive father spotted with children

A New Zealand man who has been on the run with his 3 children, has been spotted with them for the first time in nearly three years. 37-year-old Tom Phillips and his children Jayda, Maverick, and Ember were seen in remote bushland just north of Marokopa, where they went missing in December 2021. Police say it’s the first credible sighting of all three children since then.
