Further problems for Optus uncovered in Senate Estimates hearing

It's been revealed the first emails Optus sent to notify the government of its triple-zero outage went to the wrong email address. The miscommunication was revealed during a testy Senate Estimates hearing. Singapore telco Singtel is the parent company of Optus and today that country's prime minister said that the state-owned company will learn from its mistakes.
