Gangland kingpin Tony Mokbel is set to face a new trial after a split court decision on his appeal to have drug convictions quashed. One trafficking charge was overturned over the Lawyer X scandal and a retrial ordered on a second importation conviction. But the 60-year-old's appeal on a third charge was rejected altogether.
