Garma Festival kicks off in north east Arnhem Land

New youth justice measures have passed the Northern Territory Parliament, as the Garma Festival begins in the NT. The festival, now in its 25th year, attracts political and business leaders and academics to discuss issues affecting Aboritinal and Torres Strait Islander peoples nationally.
