Government strikes landmark deal with the Greens to pass environmental reform

The second term Albanese Government has struck a landmark deal to pass new environmental protection laws through the federal parliament. In the end Labor secured support from The Greens, with a series of concessions. The bills are now set to pass through parliament this week meeting the self-imposed deadline the government set.
