Government to acquire Rex Airlines if administrators fail to find a buyer

The federal government has vowed to keep regional communities connected. It's raised the possibility of acquiring Rex Airlines if a suitable buyer can't be found, as administrators try to sell the troubled carrier for the second time this month.
