Slashing budget spending has been the main focus on the third and final day of the Federal Government's economic reform roundtable. One proposal is to divert children with autism from the NDIS to a new scheme. The health minister says nobody will fall through the cracks, but advocates, parents and the opposition have expressed concern about the lack of detail.
