Govt ties Pacific aid to Australian values

The Australian Government has revised its Overseas Development Policy for the first time in a decade. The paper has a renewed focus on the Pacific and South-East Asia, as Australia competes with China for influence. But the majority of funding is tied to so-called Australian values.
