Growing calls for tougher regulations around AI

There are growing calls for tougher regulations around the rollout of AI in the workplace as the technology seemingly integrates its way into our everyday lives. Students at a top Sydney university are petitioning against a course seeking to incorporate the use of Generative AI in art. It comes as Australia's largest bank replaces 45 call centre employees with AI chat-bots.
