High Court dismisses Iranian man's bid to be released from detention

The High Court has dismissed a case by an Iranian man seeking release from immigration detention who claimed he was being held unlawfully. It's a significant win for the federal government following a landmark ruling last year that saw the release of more than 150 detainees.
