The Reserve Bank may have left interest rates on hold today, but its February cut is already flowing through to the housing market in the form of higher home prices. The national median house price has risen back to record levels, at just over $820,000. And while landlords may have seen a reduction in their mortgage repayments, renters are still paying more.
