Hundreds shelter as flash flooding hits the NT and Queensland

Around 700 people in the Northern Territory are in emergency shelters following major flooding, with the town of Katherine still under red alert. Warnings are also in place for large parts of Queensland, including Brisbane, as a tropical low is predicted to bring dangerous flash flooding.
