Hungry Panda delivery company faces legal action

A group of food delivery drivers have filed a Fair Work Commission action claim against employer Hungry Panda, alleging worsening pay and dangerously short delivery deadlines. It comes after the outcome of a landmark compensation case that awarded the family of a Hungry Panda driver who was killed on the job in 2020.
