'I'm proud of voters' says Zambia's President-Elect Hichilema

Hakainde Hichilema was declared President-elect after a landslide election victory over outgoing President Edgar Lungu. Hichilema secured more than 2.8 million votes compared to 1.8 million for Lungu, who accepted defeat and committed to a 'peaceful transfer of power'.
