Imran Khan’s arrest has sparked violent protests across Pakistan

Violence has erupted across Pakistan after former prime minister Imran Khan's arrest. Mr Khan’s party, Tehreek-e-Insaf, has since called on supporters to “shut down Pakistan”. At least five people have been killed amid violent clashes between Mr Khan's supporters and police.
