'Incompatible with basic child rights': UN condemn Queensland's youth crime laws

Queensland’s parliament is expected to pass new youth crime laws. The changes will increase the number of offences for which young people can be given adult sentences, but the changes have been condemned by the United Nations and Indigenous leaders.
