Iran’s Ambassador tells SBS ‘we are fully ready to be at the negotiating table’

Tehran's top diplomat in Canberra says Australians who remain stranded in Iran are being provided with a way to transit to the Azerbaijan border where they are getting consular support. He has told SBS Chief Political Correspondent Anna Henderson Iran is willing to resume diplomatic negotiations. He maintains his nation is peaceful and any attempts to overthrow the Supreme Leader would be disastrous.
