Is the WFH trade-off worth it financially?

There's a growing body of international research suggesting employers are having to pay staff more to get them to return to the office. CEDA analysed statistical data from the latest HILDA survey and found those working from home are generally paid around 5.8 per cent less than those who don't - that's a difference of $4,400 a year on an average salary.
