The Israeli Ambassador to Canberra has, so far, refused to deliver an apology over the Israel Defense Forces' drone strike that killed Australian aid worker Zomi Frankcom. Tomorrow will mark two years since her death. Israel is treating the incident as an accidental strike and is warning it could take years to determine whether anyone will be prosecuted.
