It's raining money in Hong Kong

Published
A man is being held by police after money was thrown from the top of a building in Hong Kong. Hong Kong 100 dollar bank notes ($AUD 17) fell from the sky in one of the territory's poorest neighbourhoods. Social media video showed a large crowd looking up and collecting the cash. It is thought that the man behind the stunt is Wong Ching-Kit. He is the owner of Epoch Cryptocurrency, a Facebook page which promotes digital currency investment.
