The Victorian Government has introduced new laws aimed at strengthening oversight of the IVF sector, after a series of embryo mix-ups. Under the changes, the state's health minister will have the power to cancel the registration of providers if they don't meet accreditation requirements. But industry experts say the shake-up doesn't go far enough.
