James Dalamangas to fight extradition from Greece

Australian fugitive James Dalamangas is fighting to avoid extradition back to Australia, where he is wanted over the alleged murder of George Giannopoulos. The 55-year-old was arrested yesterday in Greece, where he has been in hiding since 1999. A legal process is underway to determine if he can return back to Australia.
