The Prime Minister is digging in behind senior Cabinet Minister Katy Gallagher, as she maintains she did not lie to the parliament. The Coalition has used the return of parliament to highlight claims she provided misleading evidence over her knowledge of the rape allegation raised by Brittany Higgins.
