The much-bolstered ranks of the Labor Government have converged on Canberra, as factional jockeying ends the frontbench careers of two Cabinet ministers. In the wake of resounding defeat two candidates have confirmed they will contest the Liberal Party top job, as Nationals Leader David Littleproud also braces for a leadership spill.
