Labor Senator Fatima Payman will not be expelled from the party after she crossed the floor last night to vote in favour of a motion supporting recognition of Palestinian statehood. But Prime Minister Anthony Albanese says he has spoken with the Senator, and that she will not sit in Labor caucus this parliamentary session.
