Labor's pre-budget pledge promises $150 energy bill relief for households

Millions of Australian households and businesses are set to get extra $150 off their power bills, in a pre-budget spending announcement. The election sweetener is the second time that the government has offered energy bill relief in a cost-of-living crisis.
