Liberal Party shun net zero but still committed to emissions reduction

The Federal Liberal party has spectacularly dumped its support for the target of net zero emissions by 2050. After marathon consultations inside her party, Opposition Leader Sussan Ley has moved to alleviate leadership pressure triggering the breakdown of four years of bipartisanship on the policy.
