Massive clean up effort underway in Northern Territory after Cyclone Fina

A mammoth clean up effort is still underway in the Top End following Tropical Cyclone Fina. Federal ministers have travelled to the Northern Territory to announce disaster funding with residents facing hardship able to access individual payments of up to $600. An emergency warning has been issued for parts of Western Australia as the category four system moves across the Kimberley Coast where it's expected to make landfall later tonight.
