A Brisbane woman who survived a suspected mass methanol poisoning incident in Laos last year has criticised investigators for a lack of transparency. Almost a year since the deaths of six people in a popular tourist hotspot, her plea for justice comes as a new campaign aims to raise awareness of the risks of tainted alcohol.
