Millions in QLD and NSW make final preparations before Cyclone Alfred hits

More than 4 million people in south-east Queensland and northern New South Wales are being urged to finalise their preparations, ahead of the arrival of Tropical Cyclone Alfred. The system is expected to make landfall as a category two cyclone between Maroochydore and Coolangatta in the early hours of Friday morning.
