Federal, state and territory leaders are preparing for a special National Cabinet meeting on Wednesday, where tightening bail laws for domestic violence cases will be top of the agenda. The prime minister is vowing to gather national momentum to stop gender-based violence, but he's also had to play down heckling and criticism he faced at yesterday's march.
