'National disgrace': NZ landmark report finds historical abuse in care

At least 200,000 children and vulnerable adults were abused while in care in New Zealand over 70 years. It comes as a long-awaited report into historical abuse in state and faith-based institutions was handed down. The royal commission chair calling it a "national disgrace", which continues to this day.
