'National emergency': Calls for tougher action on domestic violence

There are growing calls for tougher action from state and federal governments on what's been described as a 'national emergency' of domestic and gender-based violence. Two more deaths this week - allegedly perpetrated by men known to the victims - have sparked rallies around the country.
