Negotiations on Energy Relief plan continue

Negotiations on the government's energy relief plan are continuing ahead of parliament returning for a special sitting on Thursday. The Energy Minister Chris Bowen says the plan, agreed to by National Cabinet last week, voting against the bill would mean voting against urgent relief for Australian families.
