New childcare reforms: CCTV rollout and national register for workers

Hundreds of childcare centres will install security cameras across Australia in the first national scheme of its kind. It's one of a series of measures that have been agreed during a meeting of federal, state and territory education ministers, called after a series of recent sexual abuse allegations in early childhood sector.
