New law allows small business workers to disconnect from work after hours

All Australian workers will now have the legal right to disconnect from work after hours, meaning they can ignore calls, texts and emails from the boss , within reason. The rule has already been in place for medium and large organisations, but has now been expanded to include small businesses.
