New laws could see MPs punished for bad behaviour

New laws will be introduced into federal parliament which could see politicians fined or kicked off committees if they behave badly. While the legislation has been broadly welcomed, Teal MPs have called on both the opposition leader and prime minister to rein in what they call 'toxic' behaviour in parliament.
