On Tuesday the central bank will make a highly anticipated decision on whether to cut interest rates for the first time in almost three years. The Opposition leader Peter Dutton has joined several government MPs in expressing his desire for the Reserve Bank to announce a cut. While economists are widely tipping the board to move, there's far less certainty on Capitol Hill.
