NSW emergency services relieved as rain eases for flood-hit communities

The rain has subsided to the relief of thousands of New South Wales residents but authorities warn flood risks are not over, with waters still high and the risk of landslips still present. Around 47,000 NSW residents remain under evacuation orders with 50,000 being told to return home with caution.
