The Northern Territory Police Commissioner has announced a major investigation into claims of entrenched racism in the force, by former constable Zachary Rolfe. Mr Rolfe made the allegations during an explosive opening day of evidence in his long-awaited return to the witness box at the inquest into the shooting death of Aboriginal teenager, Kumanjayi Walker.
